BOARD VACANCY FOR 2021
PVHA invites PVE or Miraleste property owners who have an interest in serving on the Board of Directors to submit a letter and resume detailing their qualifications for consideration by January 6, 2021.  Submissions can be mailed to the PVHA office or emailed to savery@pvha.org.

After 2 years on the PVHA Board of Directors, Dick Fay has announced his resignation. Dick served as both President and Vice-President during his tenure and although it was brief, his dedication to the community is greatly appreciated and he will be missed.

COVID- 19 STATUS

In compliance with the State of California STAY-AT-HOME Order and other COVID related issues our office will be CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC until further notice.  For more information about how to proceed with filing applications, inspections, reviews and all other inquiries see section below.

The PVHA office will be CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC for the duration of the current State of California Stay at Home Order and other COVID related issues.  

No appointments will be scheduled during this time.  Our Staff will be available by phone or email during normal business hours as noted on the page below.  It is important that you contact us to verify the documents required for a complete application.  Each application also contains a list of required documents.  Drop-off and Pick-up bins are available outside our door.

If you decide not to contact us first, be aware that every submittal should include at least the following:

ONE SET OF DRAWINGS (min. 24″ X 36″) – electronic copy should be provided by request only

                        APPROPRIATE APPLICATION – be sure to provide the owner’s name, phone number, email, address of the subject property and a description of the proposed work. We will provide lot, block and tract numbers (they are different from the assessor’s parcel number)

PHOTOGRAPHS OF ENTIRE RESIDENCE – Can be printed four to a sheet

A BRIEF BUT DETAILED NOTE telling us what you expect from us in response to your submittal.

Incomplete applications will incur unnecessary delays in the processing and reviewing of your project.
